Sheila Kramer, President, resided. Meeting called to order at 4:35 pm.
1. Minutes accepted with the following changes: Sheila Kramer volunteered to make the mailing labels for the Marketing Committee and has done so.
2. Secretary’s report-April Kuhlman-No communications to report.
3. Treasurer's report-Lisa Hodges-Cash on hand $19,660.40. Total income from interest is $8.26. Amount in savings is $7353.40; total amount is checking is $12,652.00.
4. Communications-Sheila read announcements from the national WOCN available in newsletters and on the WOCN website at www.wocn.org.
Over $48,000 raised for the scholarship fund from members, Convatec donated an additional $10,000.

7. Marketing committee report-Judy Schaffer- Sheila Kramer presented to Lake Regional Health System in Osage Beach. We have raised $500 which has covered all expenses for the mobile wound program.
8. UOA Report-Betsy Naegar-No report.
9. Other business:
A. Bylaws: Lengthy discussion regarding why bylaws are needed. Motion made by Judy Schaffer to disregarding previous vote regarding writing our own bylaws, it was seconded by Betsy Naeger and the motion carried following a vote.
Judy Schaffer made a motion to organize a committee to write guidelines for the St. Louis affiliate use. It was seconded by Marge Groom and the motion carried following a vote.
B. Retta Sutterfield is precepting Kay Gundy.
C. Presentation by Marge Groom of Belleville Memorial Hospital regarding reducing nosocomial pressure ulcers. Focus was on implementing specialty bed use to reduce number of pressure ulcers while controlling costs.
D. Web Page-Still looking for someone willing to take over the responsibility of maintaining the website. Website is written in HTML and PERRL.
E. Sue Brauss, Shelly Batzler-Gamble, Sharon Waldman and Lisa Hodges have re-certified through the WOCNEB.
